      Payment on time. Average salary rate for part time. Good OT rate. All PH based on store location get double pay. Colleagues are friendly and supportive. Staff discounts given. Career opportunity provided.

      Cons

      Breaktime not fixed, meal hour might be really late. Need to self study product information. Needs to support with all tasks in store.

      None. If you are smart you will run from this company.

      This place is crashing and burning quickly. Its ran by a President NA who is a dictator who cares nothing about his employees and is only concerned with making money. He treats his entire team with no respect and treats women with no respect and values . There is no diversity, training , processes and you are on your own to succeed. The UK team does not care about the NA team and HR plays a significant role in the toxicity that drives that business. The turnover is extremely high l. If you are looking for a company where you can grow, learn and feel supported this is not it.
