A terrible working environment - Engineer ELSA, Corp Employee Review

There are a lot of cons: - Terrible working environment, working here over three years without salary review. - No growing plan for any employee, although it was 8-year-olds now. - Super micro-management from higher managers especially from the engineering, product, and data team. New consulting engineers do not know how to run SQL codes or submit Git commits. - A lot of promises to improve the working environment, but no further actions up to now. - Too much politics in the company breaking the company culture.
