Pros

Flexible enough to listen to ideas that save money Flexible enough on occasion for your personal life Potential for promotion Call centre staff appear to enjoy themselves and seems a very supportive and dynamic environment.

Cons

Expect to be over worked to delivery projects Expect deadlines that appear that could have easily been forewarned about. Expect no salary increases or company benefits to feel rewarded for what you do. Even if its far beyond your roles expectations Expect to be put in the line of fine, unintentionally and intentionally, even by directors whom just at times want someone to blame. Expect little support (but perhaps lots of sympathy) at times.

Pros

No weekends which is always really good, management are understanding when you are struggling in certain areas, I never done a job like this before and feel I have come such a long way from where I started to where I am now and that wouldn't be without the team and around me and of course Martyn the passion and drive he has to make you excel is motivational in it's self, if your having a bad day or not getting the targets that you set yourself management will try there up most with little training excercises love listening and within half hour your back on top form! And having your win rates read out really gives you a sense of achievement . Top incentives Target driven

Cons

Any job you work at will have cons and to be fair Emcas has a few in my eyes, but I'm happy where I am they don't effect me so no need to raise a issue :)
