Good Working Environment and good leadership .

Screw Conveyor , Buckets ,Impellers , Siclones , Ducts , Silos and Fans

Live near the beach, small company, some time off flexibility/comp time opportunities, small think tank, intellectually challenging at times, big fish in a small pond, small company family type atmosphere, accommodating, provided opportunities for employees to prove themselves and "grow" in the company (albeit slowly and this was somewhat biased)

Management/owner had no backbone, avoided confrontations especially when dealing with employee issues, some shady (but transparent) business practices, no benefits, vacation pto policy was lacking (small company), biased telecommuting "policy", not much in the way of bonuses/raises (again, small company but still).
