      Pros

      No pros difficult company to work for. Lacks leadership who has experience

      Cons

      Very difficult to find a niche within EMG. If you complain they cut you if you ask a question or ask for support they call you high maintenance. The biggest problem is their senior people have never worked in the field and have no experience doing what you do.
