Pros

None. Everyone worth while jumped ship. Pay was good.

Cons

No support. No one you can turn to if you have an issue with upper management cause guess what ? They are all related. The nepotism is strong within this syht show of a company. All the Amazing people that either hired me or were my former regional, or friends have all since quit or been fired. All that is left at Corp are fake, related white privileged nepotism individuals. Please trust me! Find anywhere else to work! They are trying to push everyone out that they aren't best friends with or related to.

Pros

- allows independence - great person-person contact -promote from within

Cons

- they want you to live onsite, but offer basically nothing in rent credit. - regional managers have way too many properties per manager, so prepare to learn by experience because you wont get much help from them. - regional managers get upset if you contact owners yourself, except as previously stated, regional managers are always overwhelmed, so things never get done in any timely manner. - Owners only care about money. If they can save a dime, they will. They don't care about you or the tenants whatsoever. The properties are cheaply and poorly constructed, and cheaply run. Then you'll take the brunt of things breaking down or not getting done. Don't try and fix them yourself though. You have to follow 'the chain of command' or you'll get in trouble. - your opinion as a property manager means pretty much nothing. Everything is always left up to the regional managers/owners. You won't be actively involved in any meeting. You are literally asked to sit there silently. You pretty much just have to deal with whatever they throw at you. - pay gaps between property managers are ridiculous. Some property managers make $13/hour, some make $26/hour. Size of the property is rarely a factor.
