Growth, career progression, culture, support, flexibility, hybrid work with work from home.
Cons
The work is challenging, supporting people through recovery. Although, training and culture is great. Lots of support to balance out the challenging work. Salary sometimes lower than others in the industry, but larger teams and lower case loads, more manageable.
