      Pros

      The growth opportnities are phenomenal and the bonus structure provides me with all motivation i need to accomplish my goals. So many incentives, truly excited to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      So far so good, really no complaints. I'm sure every company has its quirks, however, I have been here under 3 months.

      Great Environment, very transparent, client comes first ideology & focus is on growing and growing the right way, great mix of young talent with senior leadership

      The actual space is a one floor Office at times feels very packed, limited space for growth because of limits of office
