We appreciate you letting us know some of the challenges you’re facing. The last few years have been tough on all Albertans, and this can be stressful and weigh on the employees listening and trying to support those affected. Given this, we’ve been able to implement some direct initiatives to support our Customer Care team who is tasked with supporting our customers.
The team recently brought on a dedicated team member to look after our people and their wellness. Customer Care leaders also began having weekly chats that have a focus on team wellness.
We’re extremely proud of what we offer our employees when it comes to time off and you will always have the opportunity to use it all, however the days are requested, and we cannot guarantee the availability will match up with your requests.
