Salary delays FREQUENTLY with no explanation or communication given. Employee complaints are not dealt with properly. HR and some hiring managers would rather close 2 eyes and ears than do smth abt things Chances for job rotation are non existent Some managers can’t manage: overwork willing people, let lazy people freeeload, don’t make good hires, can’t retain talent, play politics, let unacceptable behaviour go on Pay is below market rate and only gets adjusted on case by case basis Benefits not on par with industry.
