Locally owned and operated , IT local

Cons

You are not given the time or tools to be successful. The commission structure is not commensurate to the income generated by the sales. There is a disconnect between departments. Sales are encouraged in all departments but it is not fair that the percentage of the sale credited to the employee is different per department

Pros

No micromanaging, family oriented, great environment, easy to work with management, very supportive.

Cons

Sometimes its hard to sell additional services to termite customers because of how strict the termite field is getting.
