Pros
1) old player in the market. But the domain is a very tiny part of payments. Not much to gain as knowledge.
Cons
1) Bureaucracy at it's peak. Almost impossible to learn anything or get any work done, as people have been ingrained with a very closed and bereaucratic outlook. Nobody will share knowledge in this company. 2) HR is useless. They only function to help the management sack people. They have no power or structure by themselves. 3) There is no structure or organisation in the company. Nobody has an idea what exactly needs to be done. Everything is chaotic and everybody will keep blaming each other when things fail. and they fail all the time! 4) Executive management lack maturity or vision, and treat employees like children. 5) Employees are a floating population. Every 6 months you will see a fresh batch!
