Pros
Having worked for other construction/field work companies, it's great to see ENTACT truly commit to the notion of safety first. They are thorough and have a great record to show for it. I appreciate the dedication of upper leadership to making sure voices are heard and concerns are addressed. I feel supported in my role both from my direct manager and upper management.
Cons
Work fluctuates based on the seasons, both for office-based and field-based Associates. No matter your position, you'll need to adjust to deal with the "waves of work."
