Fair wage while you're actively working with a client, but average hourly rate suffers from many tasks off the clock.
Cons
Training is poor. They give you screen shots about what you will see when you finally get your computer and login. By the time you receive these and can put them into practice, you need to review everything again. It's not available in written form where you can search for what you forgot. You have to rewatch the recorded presentation on your own time. They only pay $10/hr while "traveling" but didn't pay for significant travel time when you attended in person training. They do expect you to put in lots of unpaid personal time practicing or reviewing notes prior to a formal training session. If you accept a job here, DO NOT TRAVEL for them. Especially DO NOT TRAVEL for training. Do it remotely. What a waste of valuable personal time.
