Pros
- Some really nice people work there who love what they do, in each department. - Really cool technology being developed in an ever-growing industry. - Lots of industry-leading BESS learning potential.
Cons
- Many employees admitted efforts and achievements were not recognized or rewarded. I saved the company a lot of money and had customer testimonies from my work ethic, but it was completely overlooked by internal teams and management. - Lots of political disagreement and internal misalignment for a medium sized/growing company. Some upper management members can be extremely unprofessional to employees and even disrespectful. - Company is being overworked to meet unachievable deadlines, with some teams working 15+ hour days. - Some safety concerns on the shop floors, with MV power electronics or setups with minimal safety barriers and same for field team site work. - Pay was overall low for some of the workload and pressure from management you had to deal with.
