We are consistently focused on making the working environment a place people enjoy coming to every day. And our training is the best in the industry. From our global communications training to prepare new employees to be successful or our leadership training that prepares new leaders to be successful, we provide every employee with the training they need to build a successful career. While attendance is important, so that we’re able to support our clients and their customers, we provide sick leaves for people when they are not able to work due to illness. We also have a program we call Bankit@eP that gives you days every year you are with the company that you can “bank” and convert to flex days that can also be used if you are ill. All of our officers are required to follow our Attendance Policy to fairly and consistently hold people accountable.
