Writing from my own personal experience I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my time with this company. I have always had the mentality that as long as I do my job, do it efficiently, respectfully and without causing any unnecessary issues then I can expect to be given the same respect back. In the almost 8yrs that I have been with them I have enjoyed being able to grow with this company and have the space to build my job position in a way that best fits me. They have been very open to suggestions and ideas that I have thrown their way.

Only cons I have really come across in the past would have to have been issues with communication and structure, mainly with former management and staff. In this past year we have had a great new crew and issues have drastically decreased. Communication has definitely increased and has become a priority. Which I am very grateful for.

Coworkers but they all leave after a few weeks or months due to the unethical environment and lack of professionalism.

Management (upper management to be clear). This place consists of nothing but drama. They are money hungry and do not care about their employees. They have sued numerous employers out of spite. They lie and lack necessary components to a successful company. There is no HR, just a biased attorney that never seems to work in favor of the employees. They have such a high turnover rate it’s crazy. They are well known in the iom field by many but not for good reasons.
