      Pros

      Aside from a few of people that worked there, I honestly can not think of anything else positive to say about ERF Wireless.

      Cons

      Literally everything. There is not one positive thing about this "company". Almost all of upper management is completely incompetent, and they have no idea how to treat their employees like actual human beings. I am honestly still surprised this place is still afloat.

      Pros

      Never in the same place. Day goes by quickly. Decent pay. Decent co-workers. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Quality of product being delivered was bad in most areas. Hours are long. Daily routes were long and inefficiently planned by dispatch. No room for advancement. Long list of installs needing to be done and no equipment on the shelf.
