      Pros

      I was working in Singapore in the Risk team. - Lots of opportunities to learn different technical and project management aspects. - Experience working with different offices. - Very less politics and lot of freedom to innovate and choose.

      Cons

      - No organised training. - Lots of overtime work and no compensation for overtime. - High turnover rate.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
