I have the job... right? That's what I ask myself after I feel like every day I have to prove my skill set and market myself. I have to pester and beg for billable hours, or else fear job security. And there's little to no support from management; it's a dog-eat-dog business for finding work. No wonder the turnover rate is so poor. Use ERM to start your career, but get out after 1-2 years before they furlough (fire) you.
