Pros

Decent pay, but no bonus opportunities.

Cons

Everything is micromanaged out of the HQ in New Zealand and any leadership that's in the Tualatin office is sub-par. Benefits are not equivalent to other companies in the US. No life insurance options and PTO is again, sub-par compared to what the New Zealand office receives.

The new leadership has brought a refreshing vision and a "get it done" attitude that has positively transformed our workplace culture. They are focused on driving the company's growth and truly care about employee input and innovation.

Cons

One challenge we face is managing multiple time zones which can make coordination difficult.
