Pros

Good Pay structure and good work culture. They are willing to help with work and home balance, thus can be a really easy place to find something that suits your needs.

Cons

- C-Level management is located on the other side of the world, thus, decisions are always made with a full mindset of the global market. That does not always help the specific location that might need a more bespoke approach. - The product itself is in a tough market, with a lot of government bodies regulating the overall market, which requires proficiency in being extremely careful with how to be compliant overall.

The new leadership has brought a refreshing vision and a "get it done" attitude that has positively transformed our workplace culture. They are focused on driving the company's growth and truly care about employee input and innovation.

Cons

One challenge we face is managing multiple time zones which can make coordination difficult.
