Pros
No doubt EROAD is going through some trying times, but the people I work worth make me realise that we have the potential to remain a market leader in NZ and become a serious contender in NA. The picture of the future is not always clear but we’ve got a good North Star now and it feels like we are making the changes necessary to succeed. EROAD also has a raft of benefits: Good Pay, Free Health Insurance, Flexible working, Unlimited Sick Leave, Fitness Subsidies, Being Pet to Work etc.
Cons
EROAD is going through growth and transformation as a company, and so things are a bit messy and uncertain at times. Communication on strategy is a bit vague and not always entirely clear. Better care should be taken to manage knowledge and to enable bottom up leadership.
