Pros

The people in the PH office are good people and always do the best they can to always deliver despite the bad management and compensation

Cons

The pay is not competitive. Increases (if you can call it that) are a joke. You work so hard, sacrificing weekends and Holidays, and all you get in return is a $70 increase. The management clearly do not respect and appreciate the employees enough to pay them what they are worth. This company is full of promises to its employees but rarely delivers. They dismiss valid concerns as "noise" and never address them. The compensation and benefits used to be good, but after the change in Human resources, it is steadily getting worse. They change the compensation and benefits multiple times in a year. And then they half-ass the implementation of these changes. In turn, we employees get confused, but if we you ask questions you are just told to "appreciate that you're even receiving such benefits at all". Some of those in Upper Management positions clearly do too much politicking and are always power tripping. Sad thing is the Leadership team just ignores this or let it slide. Skill-wise you will grow here. But this is not a place where you'll stay long-term. People who have been with the company for a while are now are also thinking of leaving.

Pros

ERP-IS has been around for over a decade now and continues to find new customers. The product they sell is unique compared to its competition and we have done well selling it to extremely large SAP clients. The company tries to provide a sense of community and family. We have quarterly events like baseball games, picnics, and bowling. Day to day life can be challenging as with any small company. However, the owners are fair and even headed. Mistakes can be made, few are ever fired unless it's truly justified.

Cons

Small business means taking on roles that won't be in your job title. It also means trying to succeed is a make it or break it experience. If you are looking to sell ShipERP be prepared for a very narrow niche of prospective clients. If you are looking to program or work as a business analyst, understand that you may have to work hard to satisfy a client at your own expense. Prepare yourself for giving up an occasional weekend or evening. Often holidays are ideal times for Go-Live projects. We had a project manager that frustrated some on our team but they are no longer with us. That issue has been resolved.

Pros

Short projects with a variety of end cients offer broad exposure to different branches, scenarios, and system landscapes. The people who actually do the work are really nice and help you out despite the high pressure, toxic environment.

Cons

The PMs are a complete joke. They have no leadership qualities whatsoever and are just complete jerks. Unfortunately the managing partners trust them, even though the people below them do all the work, only for the PMs to then carry off the laurels. Zero work life balance. Very unorganized, unprofessional, growing company with no SOPs or guidelines in place. It’s sink or swim.
