Opportunities to work on some very cool projects; some very talented and creative co-workers; at times the owner is very generous, especially at Christmas
Cons
Leadership and culture are entirely male-dominated; they have a few women directors and such but their level of influence isn't strong; senior partners are not open to new ideas or critical feedback; quite a bit of subverted resentment/fear among the staff including the partners
