Bad experience - Consultant ESC Partners Employee Review

During my time, it was toxic and very bad experience The owner seemed to have a lot of emotional things going on - that our workplace seemed to be very messy, uncomfortable and unprofessional. Attrition rate looks to be very high. People leave easily For my role, the workload does not match my pay grade. My greatest regret was not leaving sooner. The people i know with the same role are being paid x2. My new company paid me three times my pay in ESC for the same role. Pay grade was just too unfair.
