There are several significant challenges within my team, particularly concerning a specific member who manages the Performance Management System (PMS). Unfortunately, this individual does not demonstrate a strong work ethic or dedication to their responsibilities. Instead, they tend to undermine others, creating a negative work environment. This behavior not only disrupts team dynamics but also results in biased and unfair feedback. Such actions can adversely affect performance evaluations, leading to reduced or even no appraisals for team members who otherwise deserve recognition.
