      Pros

      They have regular town hall meetings to inform their employers how the organization is doing financially and address any concerns. Values such as ownership, excellence in customer service, adaptability, continuous improvement, and teamwork is practiced daily and encouraged amongst employee owners. This has truly made a huge impact on the company culture, making it a great place to work!
