Less Salary HR Personnel Are Useless - Developer ESSPL Employee Review

HR is worst here. The HR personnel behave like they are the owner of the company.Never communicate the things properly. They are not employee friendly. They treat employee as labourer/contract labourer like of Manufacturing industry. They create problems for ex- employee during Back Ground verification. Salary is pretty much less with respect to amount of work. Limited projects are there pressure is pretty much high.
