People rely in your capacity to do the job - Technical team is very skilled, company is filled with great people - Possibility of relocation to other offices of the company, if needed
Cons
- Communication is a long time problem of the company. Information get lost from directors to the team, managers not always know what's going on in the lower ranks, lots of white noise. - Almost no feedback is provided about the job. Yearly evaluation misses the point, as the work is not followed close, turning ratings into guesses.
