      Interesting startup company in blossoming field (big data).... poised to grow tremendously if successfully marketed. Located in a good area.

      Cons

      Strict Management. It was underfunded for some projects and the goal was to adhere strictly to the scope of work instead of make the customer happy.

      Flexible and interesting culture to work in.

      There are no downsides as a contractor other than having to not be paid for travel days.

      Pros

      A lot of great people when I worked there. Junior management was great.

      Cons

      Although I specifically confirmed that they permitted some telecommute time as a necessary perk for me due to family responsibilities (before I took the job), I left the company in October 2015 because top management decided to revoke all telecommuting. And the office manager used to log in the times when we came in and when we left. I felt like I was in a sweat shop!
