      Company is running by taking security deposit from employees.

      Cons

      They don't know when they will kick out. They will let you know suddenly in end of the day you are no more employee there. They will not going to tell about the company service.

      friendly atmosphere, Learned a lot.

      Salary Issues, No system of working, too many communication issues, they manipulate clients result and show, least recommended to an employee as well as to a customer who would seek for their services.
