A positive thing about this company is that it develops a good product and colleague are quite friendly.
Cons
-Poor communication from management to subordinates. - There is poor planning between different departments. For example management knows that a given task has to be done week in advance but will only assign it to to the engineer in the evening the day before its due, leaving not sufficient time for it to be thoroughly checked. - The company is paranoid that the technology will be stolen, it does not share any technical paper with employees, they will verbally tell the absolute minimal that is required... this is equivalent to recreating the wheel each time. -The company is located in a small town that has infrequent train service and a bit hard to get to by your own vehcile. -Communication with outside world is mainly possible through company phone and email... That is you have poor cell phone reception as a result of environmental friendly windows, also you can not access your social media or personal email from company desktop or laptop computers, only possible from two designated computers or by going outside. -It seem that there is no job session planning or cross training for other positions. It seem that management is in flexible in regards to this. Thus you will see the same position being advertised on company website or job banks for months.
