Salary on time, employees can be asked to resign suddenly.
Cons
Squeeze the employees like lemons until last drop is gone. HR zero professional training opportunities. Staff get their chance to be pressured by HR to perform at annual CNY event - HR will say to staff that if nobody performs, CEO will be unhappy. Pure blackmail. We lead stressful lives, if need a stage performer, hire someone or get your own HR team to go on stage for solo performances instead of forcing others against their will. Performance should be VOLUNTARY. SO disgusted by the people here that I am forever traumatized by their lack of respect for humans & how to behave decently or talk in a dignified manner to a fellow colleague.
