Micromanagement Ahead - Sales Associate ETQ Employee Review

I can't even begin to express how micromanaging managers and VPs are here. I never felt like I had a voice nor a purpose at this company. My job felt irrelevant and yet I had a customer facing job that brought in a constant revenue stream. There is no room for growth. All of the things I was promised when I was recruited to work here never came to fruition. I am only sad to not see my coworkers any longer but relieved to be rid of management and exec team.
