Pros
Work from home Extra income OK pay
Cons
I've been a rater with them for over 3 years and I still don't get it. Some months I get over 100 hours, others just 20! Really?! 20?! The funny thing, however, is the job opening for this position is always on their website. Why is it, if current raters with perfect scoring performance do not get enough hours? Why to hire more and go through training, certification etc.? Their help desk, technical support etc. are by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Even cable companies have better help desk service. The management, you ask? I don't even know who my manager is till now; after 3 years of working for them. There's no acknowledgment of your performance whatsoever even if you know you are doing a great job. On top of that, you might get those 100 hours for a month but half of them might be canceled with only 24 hour notice if they scored all of the tests. So, you submit your hours a month ahead, then try to plan your life around, maybe even refuse couple of opportunities because you think you'll be working (since your hours are confirmed), then they cancel on you in the middle of the month you get "babkis". No apologies, just "go screw yourself" kind of attitude. So, after awhile, you have to ask yourself if this is the time of unreliable job you want to depend on. Just extra hours on a weekend might very nice, but as a main type of income, no one should do this.
