The company prioritizes its employees' well-being through free lunch, fun events, and strong personal relationships. Furthermore, business is booming, and new people are constantly being hired.

Cons

At times, you are required to work long hours to hit customer deadlines. Although, in general, there is no culture of excessive working.

Cons

Ineffective upper management and lack of clear leadership. Minimal career development despite significantly increased responsibilities. Compensation does not reflect workload or contributions.
