      Pros

      Solid support team with great documentation and technical support but management plays favorites.

      Cons

      You could have 10 calls in a row that were great but your only as good as your last visit. HR Staff Micro Manages customer support expenses down to the penny. Dont expect to retire with these guys, you will either leave on your own or they will eventually Axe you.

      Pros

      Small company, friendly folks, fresh ground coffee, snacks, company activities, OK benefits. Remote work available and sometimes encouraged.

      Cons

      For a company that is growing so fast so large, pay has been stagnant. 15-20% below competitors Nepotism runs behind the scenes Jobs appear and dissolve monthly, opportunities for growth are a lottery. When they decide on a direction from above, no consideration to anyone involved.
