Business Outlook
Pros
Good steady work, fellow teammates good to work with, close to home and freeway. Upfront training "seemed" at first very good.
Cons
Of the five people hired when I came onboard - four fired in less than a month (including me). I was not hitting the targets that are required but was making progress to hitting these goals. I actually recommended EV to a couple of my friends as well. Now that I have read other comments online I guess I should not be surprised.
