Got to be hands on with GPUs, motherboards, power supplies mostly. Got to learn a good amount on computer hardware.

Cons

Call center model is bad. Better if transitioned to email, chat, and at most just a few hours on the phone.

Cons

Management doesn’t regularly listen to/use feedback provided by staff Plans change quickly and often, which can be stressful, but you learn to anticipate it
