Job security is comparatively high. In general lot of technical stuff could be learnt. If you are the odd man out in a positive way, you get a strong chance to visit Japan for 1Year training., which would give your career a strong boost.
Cons
Bad salary structure. They put every single thing into your CTC and will blow it up. Increment is very less. Not even in line with the year on year inflation. If you are an aggressive working personnel. Never consider this company. You wont be able to shape your ideas into reality, as every thing is being controlled by Japan.
