      Good work environment. Co workers are cool.

      Cons

      Will be a very long time before you can earn money. Management is snobby. 1099 contractors can be from 6-12 months to get paid on commercial side. Took me 7 months. Have to canvass and share your lab leads. Overall a new company that is trying to get better. Lots of growing pains.
