great colleagues on project manager and account manager level, lot of areas where to develop through experiences if interested in retail fixtures, working on global project with global trendsetter in the field, good to test yourself for stress resistance and to learn to juggle multiple projects at one

Cons

unexperienced leadership which lacks decision power and knowledge/experience to make sophisticated business decision, appeal to fake culture but company developed into a corporate where is disregard of long working hours, bonus system, lack of process and innovative solutions

A lot of emphasis placed on training, development, team building You can see your work all over the world Work with premium brands Opportunities for international travel Casual office (dogs, catered lunchs, beer, yoga, etc) Amazing coworkers who care about the success of the person sitting next to them Company is growing (and there are global offices)

Not a lot of good places to eat near office
