- management loves to reference the prior investment banks they worked at far to much, so what you now work at a tech firm, act like it - management out of touch with employees - expect to get late night emails. have a lot to learn about work life balance - cut salary during COVID even though revenue was up compared to pre covid - little to no career progression - constantly trying to get moral up by hanging some potential acquirer in front of everyone as a carrot. potential acquirer always seems to disappear right at the end! - very high turnover at present. lost a number of important staff
