      Pros

      I left a long career to join Eagle Point and I couldn't have made a better decision. I've learned more about business and sales in one year that I did in 10 years in my last career. I am mentored by great leaders and I learn something new everyday. I have advanced in my skills tremendously and Eagle Point fosters an environment that doesn't leave you alone on an island to fend for yourself.

      Everything has cons. There isn't anything here negative enough mention.

      Amazing team that is continuously improving and growing. Best company culture I have ever experienced by far.

      Not a con but it is a rapidly growing organization which can be a turn off for some.
