Fun environment and a lot of great celebrations. The culture is mostly good if you fit in with the employees that have been there a long time and are liked by leadership. For those people the rewards and recognition happen frequently. Fantastic employees at the individual contributor level. Some of the best people to work with. A great team environment and shared goals.
Cons
Typical small business problems. HR does not vet accusations and trust the word of employees more than is appropriate. Coaching and training are not provided timely. A lot of turnover (of employees who were there a few years) in the last year and leadership doesn't seem concerned by it. If you are not liked by your manager they will manage you out and make your life a challenge. People that make large sales can say whatever they want and managers will bend over backward to appease them. Very weak middle management for large teams. Pay is no longer competitive.
