Pros

When I first arrived, EagleForce provided me with resources and several intriguing paths to explore. I could own a project and evolve its capabilities under the supervision of doctors and career coding experts.

Cons

N/A - there are no cons

Pros

Friendly people for the most part.

Cons

Very bad and uncompetitive pay. Management refuses to invest in proper tools to maintain an organized business and opt to use email for everything. Majority of the people in marketing left the company because of this (and also pay obviously). Internal emails that require a response from people don't get responses most of the time, even when forwarded multiple times throughout the week. Most meetings that aren't weekly meetings are announced with 5 to 30 minute notice, which can ruin the entirety of your focus and schedule. Most of these short-notice meetings tend to be pointless too, so it can get really aggravating and makes you wonder how nobody has the capability of planning a couple days ahead of time for non-urgent meetings. Our engineers here have no drive to improve their skills, have no self-accountability most of the time, and write no Integration or E2E tests, so tons of features needlessly break every release. There is no CI/CD workflow for our engineers, and our Git server is an SSH server without any kind of DevOps solution.
