      Very specific about classroom management style and specific curriculum used, lots of paperwork, trainings, meetings, and supervisors are very knit picky about things in classroom.

      Will not leave staff that work well together Low pay yet short staffed with classrooms for 18 with many behavioral issues Micro management by people that have never been in the classrooms Staff inconsistency leading to inconsistency with children
