Pros
Small working environment. Other than that I have nothing good to report.
Cons
Management has poor communication with staff. Fails to pay employees on time. HR is inefficient. Needs better business model. No room for growth. Unpaid employees. More times than not, not enough work for your job descrip tion and end up assisting other depts with data entry or something unrelated to your hired position. Expensive, poor benefits. Inflexible work schedules and have to pay daily to park.
