Great pay. Great place to work. Good people . Family owned and operated. A third generation company. steady work for it to be a seasonal buisness they keep work year round.
Cons
A none union company. No benifits, dental , vision, medical, 401k, or retierment plans. Other than that I cant say anything else that is a downside for this company.
